$1 million-winning Powerball ticket sold in northwestern Indiana

HIGHLAND, Ind. — If you recently bought a Powerball ticket in northwestern Indiana, you'll want to check it closely because you could be a millionaire!

The Hoosier Lottery announced a ticket purchased at SAV-A-STOP 3, located at 3205 45th St. in Highland, matched all five white balls in Saturday night's drawing.

The winning Powerball numbers for Saturday, March 23 are 6-23-25-34-51 with the Powerball of 3. Players can check their tickets with the free Hoosier Lottery mobile app.

The ticket holder should ensure their ticket is in a secure place, consider meeting with a financial advisor and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for how to claim their winnings.

The Powerball jackpot for Monday, March 25 is an estimated $800 million, which is the sixth-largest in the game's history.

Highland is approximately 155 miles northwest of downtown Indianapolis.
