Gen Con 2019 takes over the Indiana Convention Center on Aug. 1-4.

Last year, more than 60,000 people and 500 exhibitors attended the largest annual consumer fantasy, electronic, sci-fi, adventure, and hobby gaming convention in North America.

To get started, you must create or sign in to a Gen Con account and purchase a badge. The badge will serve as your entrance to Gen Con, and an event ticket confirms a spot to participate in a scheduled game or event. Many of the events are free, but the ticket guarantees your entry.

Badge Type:

  • 4-Day: $110
  • Thursday: $60
  • Friday: $60
  • Saturday: $75
  • Sunday: $15

Four-Day and Saturday badges are sold out for this year's convention, but you can still purchase Thursday, Friday, and Sunday badges while supplies last.

A full list of events can be found here. The best way to search for events catered to your interests is by searching for keywords, entering the event ID, or filtering your search by category, game, day, time, or host.

Check out the 2019 Program Book to see maps of the convention center, official merchandise, and highlights of the many games and events taking place.

Unable to make it to Gen Con? You can still join in on the fun on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Twitch.
