DECATUR COUNTY, Ind. — Conservation officers are investigating an incident at a Decatur County campground that resulted in a drowning.
Donna Kishbaugh, 61, Westfield, was reported missing around 2:14 p.m. Monday at Hidden Paradise Campground.
According to DNR, Kishbaugh was conducting SCUBA training when she disappeared. Divers found Kisbaugh almost an hour later in water of about 18 feet in depth. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is underway.
