WESTFIELD, Ind. — Police in Westfield are investigating after a report of shots fired at the Pacers Athletic Center Sunday evening.
Around 6:30 p.m. Nov. 5, Westfield Police Department officers responded to the facility at Grand Park in the 200 block of East 186th Street.
A statement from the department said officers "promptly secured the scene," but did not share any additional details about what was found there.
No injuries had been reported as of Sunday evening, police said.
"An active investigation is underway, and further details will be shared if and when they become available," the department said.
