WATCH: Strawberries and artwork collide for annual festival

The Strawberry Fest and Maker Faire returns to Noblesville.

NOBLESVILLE (WTHR) - The Strawberry Fest and Maker Faire returns to Noblesville Saturday.

The St. Michael's Strawberry festival has been going on for 41 years. Then Nickel Plate Arts joined in on the fun six years ago.

The festival started out front of St. Michael's Episcopal Church, then as it grew, it moved over to the courthouse square in Noblesville.

The fun starts at 11:00 a.m. and lasts until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 16. This year, about 40 artists plan to attend the festival.

Some of the proceeds from the Strawberry Fest go toward programs that help homeless families.
