One of the women we saw fighting in the shampoo aisle at the Beech Grove Walmart last summer will go on trial in June.
A judge denied a change of venue for Amber Stephenson.
Her attorney argued that national and local coverage of the fight will make it difficult for her to get a fair trial.
The judge ruled that people throughout Indiana are familiar with the fight so changing the trial's location won't make a difference.
Prosecutors charged Stephenson with disorderly conduct and neglect of a dependent for encouraging her 6-year-old son to get involved in the brawl.
