TRAFALGAR, Ind. — One man is thanking his local fire department for rescuing him after he got trapped under a lawn mower in a ravine for over an hour.
The Trafalgar Fire Department responded to a report of an injured person with entrapment in the 8000 block of Shoreview Drive, near South 500 West, around 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8.
When crews arrived on scene, they found the man trapped under a mower inside of a ravine. The victim told crews he had been stuck for over an hour.
First responders said the man's condition was "stable" when he was taken to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis to be checked out.
No other information was made immediately available.
