(WTHR) – The town of Milan dedicated its iconic water tower in honor of the high school's 1954 boys state basketball championship today.
That win, of course, inspired the movie "Hoosiers".
The water tower has been fully restored and now reads "state champs 1954".
At today's dedication members of that miracle 1954 team spoke to the crowd.
People also got autographs and watched a showing of "Hoosiers".
