TODAY Show weatherman Al Roker will attempt to set a world record for the longest uninterrupted live weather report broadcast, starting Wednesday night.

He began Wednesday night and by 10 p.m. Thursday his voice was raspy, but he was still going.


He finished strong at 8 a.m. Friday.


The previous record was 24 hours.
