CAMBY, Ind. (WTHR) – A horse therapy program that helps people with disabilities will stay in business after all, thanks to a large donation.
"Horseshoes of Hope" in Camby has been facing closure because they couldn't get a loan to buy the property..
During their fundraising effort, a woman heard about their story and decided to help.
After she passed away, $400,000 from her estate was donated to the program.
For nearly 10 years, Horseshoes of Hope has been offering equine therapy programs for people with physical and mental disabilities.
