SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) - A day care in Shelbyville with a history of critical violations is getting its license revoked.
We first told you about problems with Children Today Child Care Center in December.
It was found to be unsafe, unclean and having inadequate staff-to-child ratios. Now we've learned the state is revoking the facility's license.
Children Today has 30 days to appeal. By law, it can stay open during that time.
The state is also helping families find alternate child care, since this facility will no longer be able to accept low-income vouchers.
