'SPARK Holidays on the Circle' will follow Circle of Lights

The new feature will have festival music, Santa meet and greets and refreshments on the northwest quadrant of the circle.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Circle of Lights is on Friday, Nov. 29, but the celebration will continue through the holiday season. 

Downtown Indy Inc. will debut "SPARK Holidays on the Circle" this year, after the festival on Black Friday. 

The activation will takeover the northwestern quadrant of Monument Circle through Dec. 22. 

It will feature themed musical performances, appearances from Santa Claus and special holiday treats. 

The event will run every Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. through 8 p.m. until Christmas 2024.

The opening day is Nov. 30, it will include: 

  • Electric violin performance from Cathy Morris, 5-6 p.m.
  • Scenic views of Circle of Lights® presented by IBEW Local 481
  • Meet & greets with Santa at Santa’s workshop photo station
  • Special holiday treats for sale at the Container Cafe

You can watch the Circle of Lights presented by IBEW Local 481 on Channel 13 and live on WTHR+ plus starting at 6 p.m. on Nov. 29.
