MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - Police in Morgan County are investigating a body found Friday afternoon.
A homeowner made the discovery while walking a dog in the 11000 block of Mann Road at about 3:45 p.m.
It was located on the east side of the road in a wooded area and wasn't visible from the roadway.
Morgan County Sheriff Richard W. Myers said the body is "badly decomposed" and even a gender could not immediately be determined.
Investigators hope a Saturday autopsy will help identify the body.
