SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WTHR) - Roger Penske isn't wasting any time as the new owner of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
On Tuesday, he took a private tour of the facility and met with Speedway's town manager to talk about how the change in ownership could impact the town.
Penske said Monday he wanted the track to also host entertainment events.
Speedway's town manager tells us Penske complimented the town on the transformation along Main Street and promised the partnership between the track and the town will continue.
