BUNKER HILL, Ind. (WTHR) - A prison caseworker is in serious trouble for allegedly having sex with an inmate.
According to our newsgathering partners at the Kokomo Tribune, it happened at the Miami Correctional Facility back in September, but 28-year-old Brigette McMeeken just turned herself in this week.
She claims that the inmate threatened her if she didn't comply with his demands.
"it is very unfortunate a staff member will engage in such criminal activity with the offenders in which they are entrusted to supervise and manage," the warden said in a statement.
