FOWLER, Ind. (WTHR) - Indiana State Police arrested two Fowler men on charges of murder and arson Thursday morning.
Police say Duane Scott Muse, 42 and Rhett Allen Martin, 43 killed 60-year-old Daniel C. Riegle last week and then set his house on fire.
Fire crews found Riegle dead inside a home at 103 North Polk street in Fowler on Friday.
