LEBANON, Ind. — Police in Lebanon are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed on Interstate 65 early Wednesday.
The crash happened near the State Road 32 exit around 5 a.m. Feb. 7.
Lebanon police confirmed to 13News that one person was found dead in the roadway. The Boone County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team responded to the scene to begin an investigation.
On Feb. 15, the Lebanon Police Department said the pedestrian had been identified as Ritchie Barton, of Indianapolis, and that he had been identified using fingerprints.
All lanes of I-65 southbound in the area were closed for several hours early Wednesday.
