Pacers Bikeshare program offers free rides for NBA All-Star Weekend

From Feb. 15-18, anyone can use the promo code "PBSAllStar" in the "BCycle" app or at any of the 50 Pacers Bikeshare stations for a free 30-minute ride.

INDIANAPOLIS — Looking to get around fast for free during NBA All-Star Weekend? Look no further.

The Pacers Bikeshare program announced it will offer free access to anyone wanting to use it during the action-packed weekend.

From Feb. 15-18, anyone can use the promo code "PBSAllStar" in the "BCycle" app or at any of the 50 Pacers Bikeshare stations for a free 30-minute ride.

“Riding Pacers Bikeshare on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail is the best way to experience downtown Indianapolis and all of the amazing free arts and culture opportunities available during All-Star” said Kären Haley, executive director of Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc. “We’re excited to provide free access to Pacers Bikeshare for the four days of All-Star so that our visitors and guests can explore all the City has to offer.”

The Indiana Pacers Bikeshare Program has 50 bike stations around the Cultural Trail and other spots downtown.

Usage fees will apply for any ride over 30 minutes.

Anyone who wants to use the free ride will still need to provide their credit card information and follow the rules of the bikeshare program.
