NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — There's great update to share about a Noblesville teenager who suffered a rare spinal stroke.
Family says Griffin Smith walked again in the hospital for the first time Friday!
Griffin's family says he's getting tingling sensations in his leg and toes.
And with the help of braces he's able to move with a walker.
After an accident at a family outing caused a "spinal stroke" doctors thought he would never walk again.
That's changed now.
Family says he's getting stronger every day and plans to keep working toward a full recovery.
