NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — The Noblesville Common Council recently approved a $250-million development project.
Morse Village will cover 175 acres of land featuring plenty of commercial space and local restaurants at 206th Street and Hague Road.
The major development from the LOR Corporation is expected to start construction toward the beginning of 2025, and is expected to be phased out over seven to ten years.
"The Morse Village development will provide additional housing and commercial opportunities to serve our community's growing need along with the investment and preservation of greenspace," said Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen. "Much due diligence has been done by the Council, developer, and city to hear from the public and work together to adjust the project plan to meet the needs of current and future residents in the area. I appreciate the Council's thoughtful consideration for this development and look forward to its positive impact on the City of Noblesville."
The new expansion will also bring lots of public greenspace, a new roundabout, new housing options, several miles of trails and sidewalks and a park.
