HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - One person is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle on I-70 east of Greenfield.
Police say no other vehicles were involved and that the motorcyclist appears to have lost control and struck a guardrail.
Traffic was down to one lane in each direction as crews investigated the crash around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Witnesses told police the motorcycle had not made contact with any other vehicle but may have hit a pothole in the roadway.
The victim was later identified as 28-year-old Alexander Jonathan Stillion from Groveport, Ohio.
