RICHMOND, Ind. (WTHR) - The Richmond Mall reopened most of its stores on Tuesday.
It was the first business done at the shopping center since it was hit by a tornado two weeks ago. A storm blew out part of the roof and damaged other buildings.
A few interior stores still need some repairs.
