INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTHR) — For the third time this week, there's been an act of racism in central Indiana.
This time, it was found in an area usually packed with families.
Someone spray-painted the 'N' word along the Monon Trail by Canterbury Park just north of 54th Street. The racial slur was on a sign and on the concrete slab just below it.
The vandalism was reported to Indy Parks and they tried to clean it up.
However, the graffiti is still slightly visible so they'll need to go back to remove it completely.
