AURORA - A southeastern Indiana boy missing since Sunday has been found dead, according to WLWT-TV.
John Burton Jr., 7, went missing Sunday from his Aurora home. Aurora is an Ohio River town about 20 miles west of Cincinnati. Search dogs and about 100 people were involved in looking for the boy until dark Sunday night.
John Burton was found dead in a creek early Monday morning by Indiana wildlife officers.
Police say the boy was diagnosed with autism and was non-verbal. He sometimes hid from people he believed were looking for him.
No foul play was suspected, according to Aurora Police Chief Bryan Fields.
