A probationary deputy with the Marion County Sheriff's Department has been fired after being arrested for public indecency.
Phillip Reed was arrested Wednesday at LA Fitness on Cumberland Road in Fishers Wednesday. A spokesperson for the sheriff's department confirms to Eyewitness News that Reed was terminated.
Details of the arrest are not known at this time.
A probationary deputy is a deputy who has not completed all of the required training within the department.
