LEBANON, Ind. — A man was killed in a crash on the far west side of Lebanon Thursday afternoon.
According to a release from the Lebanon Police Department, around 5 p.m. Sept. 12, emergency personnel responded to a report of a crash involving a motorcycle and SUV near the intersection of State Road 32 and County Road 500 West.
Police say the SUV was occupied by a woman and three juveniles, all of whom sustained minor injuries and were released at the scene.
The motorcycle rider, however, died from his injuries at the scene, police said. The victim has been identified as Paul J. Jackson, 45, from Michigan.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, but the intersection is now back open to traffic.
