INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Are you worried about all of the candy your kids might consume following Thursday's trick or treating?
Seven local dental offices are offering incentives or rewards in exchange for Halloween candy.
Participating dental offices in central Indiana include:
- Weddell Pediatric Dental Specialist
- 14555 Hazel Dell Parkway, Suite 100, Carmel
- Will pay $1 per pound of candy, maximum $10 per person.
- Advanced EndoCare
- 8489 Fishers Centre Drive, Fishers
- Prizes will be given to those who bring candy. Candy will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House, local food pantries and other charities.
- Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry
- 8433 Harcourt Road, Suite 307, Indianapolis
- Will trade candy for toys and prizes. Candy will be donated to Operation Christmas Child.
- South Indy Family Dentistry
- 5150 E. Stop 11 Road, Suite 11, Indianapolis
- Prizes will be given for every donation. Candy will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House.
- McDonald Family Dentistry
- 5842 West Broadway, McCordsville
- Will pay $1 per pound of candy per person, maximum $5. Candy will be donated to military troops.
- Resmer Orthodontics
- 16000 Prosperity Drive, Noblesville
- Will pay $2 per pound of candy, limit 5 pounds per person. Candy will be donated to the USO.
- Martine Dentistry in Stonegate
- 7635 East Stonegate Drive, Zionsville
- Will pay $1 per pound of candy, maximum $10. Candy will be donated to a military organization.
- Tillery Family Dental
- 8570 Northwest Boulevard, Indianapolis
- Will pay $1 per pound of candy, limits 5 pounds per person. Money will be sent to troops through Operation Gratitude.
- Stutler Dental
- 1460 North Green Street, Brownsburg
- Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 - 11 a.m.
- Candy will be collected and sent to troops through Operation Gratitude
- Dr. Stacy Johnson Family Dentistry
- 3056 West Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood
- Will pay $2 per pound and give goodie bags
- Dr. Gregg Horstmeyer Gentle Family Dentistry
- 2038 Broadway Street, Anderson
- Monday, Nov. 4 - Wednesday, Nov. 6
- Will pay $1 per pound, limits 5 pounds per person.
- Renew Dental
- 2205 North Delaware Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis
- Will pay $1 per pound of candy, limits 5 pounds per person. Candy collected will be sent to troops through Operation Gratitude
