NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) —
8:09 p.m. - Police say the female student injured in the shooting is in critical condition at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health. Jason Seaman, the teacher who stopped the shooter, is listed in good condition, according to a release from Noblesville Police.
In the release, police thanked the community for their efforts during the tragedy:
"Lastly, it is from the very bottom of our hearts that we say "thank you" to all of the local, county, state and federal emergency service agencies, Noblesville School Corporation, local, county, state and federal elected officials, community groups, local businesses, citizens and media outlets for their assistance, patience and outpouring of concern during this tragic incident."
4:52 p.m. - Jason Seaman releases a statement from the hospital.
4:30 p.m. - Eyewitness News learns that FBI and ATF are investigating at the home of the suspected shooter.
2:10 p.m. - The Indiana Blood Center has donated 15 units of O-negative blood. Click here to donate blood.
2:08 p.m. - Superintendent Niedermeyer has landed at Noblesville West Middle School and the news conference will begin shortly.
1:52 p.m. - The teacher who tackled and stopped the shooter has been identified as Jason Seaman. WTHR reporter Dave MacAnnally talked to a student who was in Seaman's class during the shooting.

1:15 p.m. - The first round of buses is leaving from Noblesville High School to transport students home. Buses for other Noblesville schools are running on normal schedule. Parents can pick up their children at any time.
12:45 p.m. - Parents at Noblesville East Middle School report waiting more than 90 minutes to sign their kids out of school for the day.
12:35 p.m. - The 13-year-old shooting victim arrived at Riley Hospital via helicopter.
11:50 a.m. - Students are being held in the gymnasium while they wait for parent pickup.
11:45 a.m. - Noblesville Schools Superintendent Beth Niedermeyer thanked teachers for their actions during the shooting, and the community for their prayers.
11:25 a.m. - Police confirm a male student was the person detained after the shooting.
11:09 a.m. - The Hamilton County Sheriff's Department said the students were transported to Noblesville High School for pickup.
10:55 a.m. - Parents are waiting to pick up students outside Noblesville High School.
