Lawrence Central High School is mourning the loss of a student.
The school is not releasing the student's name.
This note was sent to parents Friday:
"We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Lawrence Central High School student. Out of respect for the family, the student's name will not be released at this time. Neither foul play nor suicide are suspected. Lawrence Central has counselors available for students and staff that may need assistance."
