Latitude 360 customers say they've been notified that the popular entertainment venue in Castleton has closed.
Latitude 360 confirmed in a press release Thursday that it's closing venues in Indianapolis as well as in Jacksonville, Florida as part of a settlement agreement over unpaid rent with the property owner, 30 West Pershing, LLC.
The development follows a temporary closure of the Indianapolis venue in early December. That's when the Indiana Department of Revenue posted warnings on the doors of the business over unpaid taxes.
In an email to customers, the company wrote, "Latitude 360 Indianapolis is now closed. The Latitude 360 family would like to thank you for being a member of the Latitude 360 Club. Unfortunately we have had to make an extremely difficult decision and have closed the Indianapolis Latitude 360 location. We will always cherish the memories and great times we were a part of with our Indianapolis 360 Club members. Please contact the concierge line with any questions: 844-360-2582 (option 3)."
