KOKOMO, Ind. — Police are investigating after two kayakers found an unresponsive man in a Kokomo reservoir Wednesday.
The Howard County Sheriffs Department dive team responded to the Kokomo Reservoir Park on a report of the finding. Officials on the scene removed the man from the water, and he was determined to be dead.
The Howard County Coroner's Office identified the man as 37-year-old Austin Lee Tooley, of Kokomo.
This incident remains under investigation.
