INDIANAPOLIS — A two-day job fair is set to fill positions at Indiana's first Alamo Drafthouse Cinema location.
They're looking for about 100 staffers for the restaurant and movie venue that boasts 13 state-of-the-art screens and 727 seats at 3898 Lafayette Road, near Georgetown Road.
They will interview for positions such as bartenders, servers and projector operators.
If you want to apply, check out the job fair Wednesday, Sept. 18 at the International District Community Center, 3540 Commercial Drive. Interviews take place between 10 a.m. and 8 pm. You should bring a resume and two sets of identification.
Another job fair will take place Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will occupy the site of the former Georgetown Cinema across from Lafayette Square.
The company was founded in 1997 as a single-screen repertory theater in Austin, Texas, and has grown to 39 locations across the country.
The new theater is expected to open in the the fall.
