Jesse Tyler Ferguson set to speak at IU's LGBTQ+ Culture Center

The Tony Award winner is known not only for his creative work but also his ongoing advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A popular actor who starred in "Modern Family" is heading to Indiana University to give a speech on excellence.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson will join the Speaking of Excellence Series at IU Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m.

The Tony Award winner is known not only for his creative work but also his ongoing advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. IU's LGBTQ+ Center will host the speech. 

Tickets are on sale now at the IU Auditorium Box Office, which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Admission is free for all IU students, but they must reserve their tickets in advance. IU faculty and staff tickets will cost $15 and $25 for the general public.
