INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police is investigating after a fatal crash on Interstate 70 just west of downtown Indianapolis Monday morning.
The crash was reported around 6:30 a.m. Feb. 26 along I-70 eastbound near South Harding Street.
An ISP spokesperson confirmed there was at least one fatality in the single-car crash, and the right two lanes of I-70 in the area were expected to remain closed for an extended period Monday morning.
By around 7:30 a.m., all lanes of I-70 had reopened.
Additional information on the circumstances of the crash has not been released.
