INDIANAPOLIS — People are getting life-changing access to transportation across our city.
The IndyGo Foundation and IU Health teamed up to award free bus passes to 100 local organizations. It's the third year for the "Mobility Access Fund."
Tuesday's gift will provide more than 50,000 days of transportation.
Now, the participating nonprofits can distribute those passes to connect their clients with transportation to work, the store and doctor's appointments where needed.
