INDIANAPOLIS — Multiple people are recovering after an IndyGo bus crashed into a van and a car Saturday morning.
IMPD and IFD responded to the crash at Central Avenue and East 32nd Street around 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 26.
A man was taken off on a stretcher and others were transported to local hospitals, according to a witness.
"This thing has been a problem for a long time. We've been asking for help from the city for several years," said Jeff Crane, who lives near the location of the crash and witnessed the aftermath. "We just need something to slow down traffic or prevent visibility issues so people can see."
