Chicago - A well-known Indianapolis automobile dealer is suing a plastic surgeon over an alleged affair with his wife.

Bob Rohrman filed a lawsuit in DuPage County, Illinois, claiming Dr. Sami Bittar "solicited and initiated a romantic relationship" with Rohrman's wife, Ronda. Rohrman claims the plastic surgeon bought his wife expensive gifts and took her on dates to expensive restaurants. The suit says Ronda Rohrman and the surgeon "engaged in sexual relations on multiple occasions and in multiple locations."

"Bob learned of these activities, hired a private eye and expended the money to learn about the affair the first time," said Rohrman's attorney, Enrico Mirabelli. "He confronted her, she admitted it."

The complaint says the couple met Dr. Bittar when a family member was undergoing a procedure.

"My wife's meretricious affair with the Doctor came as a great surprise to me and I have no doubt it was initiated and facilitated by Dr. Bittar," said Rohrman in a release sent by Mirabelli. "It is with much regret I was forced to exert my legal rights against the Doctor, but his pursuit of my wife and alienation of her affection for me was more than I would tolerate."

Rohrman is seeking more than $50,000 in the suit. He contends the affair stopped for a time, but then resumed.

"They would communicate through e-mails, they would communicate through the phone," Mirabelli said.

The Rohrmans were married December 28, 2002 in Hawaii. The complaint filed by Rohrman says he supported his wife and her two adult children from a previous relationship and "provided them a luxurious lifestyle." The complaint further stated that Bittar had the calculated intentions to undermine the couple's marriage, which "has undergone an irretrievable breakdown."

Bob Rohrman filed for divorce in June of last year. Despite the alleged affair, Rohrman says he would take his wife back.

"He's willing to forgive and forget, even to this day," Mirabelli said.

Rohrman Auto Group is one of the largest auto dealership groups in the country, according to The Automotive News. The group has dealerships in Indiana.
