INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Sunday marks five years since an Indianapolis woman disappeared.
Jessica Masker was last seen near Washington and Dequincy streets on the east side.
Leads in the case have slowed down.
Her family says they may not see her again but they aren't giving up faith.
They plan to hold a balloon release at 3 p.m. Sunday on Napoleon Street.
Masker's family came together last month to mark Jessica's 29th birthday.
