DELPHI (WTHR) - Today marks eight weeks since two teens disappeared outside Delphi.
Abby Williams and Libby German were later found dead near the bridge where they had gone hiking.
Investigators say they are not giving up the search for the girl's killer.
They think it was a man photographed by German some time before she was killed.
Police also found a recording of a man's voice on her phone.
