INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The Indiana Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from Mark Leonard, the ringleader of the Richmond Hill explosion.
The ruling re-affirms both the conviction and the sentence handed down for Leonard.
He is serving life in prison without parole for his role in the 2012 blast that killed two people and devastated a south side neighborhood.
His attorneys had argued there was insufficient evidence and that the state should not have used recorded calls Leonard made from jail about a murder-for-hire plot.
