CORTLAND, Ind. — An Indiana man had to be rescued after floodwaters swept his truck off the road and then he was ticketed.
An Indiana conservation officer, along with a Jackson County Sheriff's Office deputy, used a boat to reach the driver near Cortland, Indiana. They then had to break the window on the truck to get the driver out.
The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out and later was issued a ticket for driving into a flooded roadway.
