An Indiana family from Sheridan has made the finalist roster for Together We Make Football, a contest from the NFL and TODAY Show that focuses on how football brings people together.
The winningest coach in the history of Indiana, Bud Wright, 73, has spent the past 48 years as the head coach of Sheridan High School. He overcame his wife's suicide in 2003 and, with the help of football, it somehow brought the family closer together. All three of his sons are high school coaches and one of his two daughters is an assistant athletic director.
