INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - A Captain with IMPD was hit by a car downtown Friday morning.
The call came in just after 9 a.m. from Delaware Street between Washington and Market streets.
A spokesperson confirms the unidentified captain was taken to the hospital for evaluation and in good condition.
No word yet what led to the accident. The driver stayed on scene and is cooperating with investigators.
