INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a crash on Indianapolis' northeast side that left one person dead late Monday evening.
An IMPD spokesperson said the crash happened in the 9200 block of Mollenkopf Road, which is just south of 96th Street and not far from Fall Creek Road.
Few details about the crash were immediately available, but the spokesperson said one person was taken to a hospital in critical condition and was pronounced dead a short time later.
IMPD's fatal crash investigation team was called to the scene.
