INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead and three people are injured after a crash on the north side of Indianapolis Sunday afternoon.
Around 12:30 p.m. Nov. 3, IMPD responded to a report of a crash involving two vehicles at the intersection of West 51st Street and North Michigan Road.
Police said preliminary information suggests one vehicle was heading northbound, turning to go west, when it was hit by a car going southbound.
The two drivers were taken to a local hospital. IMPD said they are both expected to survive. Police said a child was also taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
However, one passenger was pronounced dead.
IMPD has not shared additional information on the crash at this time.
