For the first time, we're getting a look at one of the tornadoes that hit Henryville last Friday.
The video is from Jeremy Merritt of Henryville.
The father of two decided to pull out his camera during the storm after putting his daughters in the bathtub for safety.
Jeremy watched as the tornado ripped across the horizon tearing up everything in its path. He videotaped as long as he could before taking cover to wait for the tornado to pass.
Jeremy showed us the damage on his car caused by grapefruit-size hail.
"I'm thankful for all the volunteers that have come here to Henryville to help the community in need. A lot of people have come up to help me and my family with what we lost. It can be replaced. My family is safe and that is most important," he said.
No one in his family got hurt in the tornado and his home sustained minimal damage.
