Four of six suspects have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at Ben Davis Little League Park last month.

Larretha Draughon was killed in the July 3rd shooting, and several others were injured. Indianapolis Metro Police say it stemmed from a pre-arranged fight.

Prosecutors say Kayla Woods and Takia Rice agreed to meet in the park to fight each other. Each woman brought a group of people with them. As the fight proceeded, shots were fired. Draughon died from her injuries and five others were wounded. Shanasha Brewer was run over by a vehicle on W. 21st Street while attempting to flag down a vehicle for help after she was shot.

Trey Bebley, 25, and 44-year-old Aurelious Woods, both of Indianapolis, are charged each with one count of murder, two counts of battery as Class C Felonies, and one count of attempt murder as a Class A Felony. Both men remain at large.

Tyrone Mills, Kayla Woods, and Takia Rice are each charged with one count of murder and two counts of battery as Class C Felonies. Mills, 20, was arrested late Thursday afternoon on a formal felony charge of murder.

Tammy Carter is charged with two counts of neglect of a dependant as Class D Felonies and false informing as a Class A Misdemeanor.

"Now, more than ever, people need to know that we live in a civil society in which citizens adhere to the law, support due process and use positive conflict resolution skills. This incident highlights the importance and need for positive community, family and peer influences. Conflict cannot be resolved through violence," said Indianapolis Metro Police Chief Richard Hite.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Woods or Bebley is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS, or text "INDYCS" plus tip information to 274637.
