A former Hendricks County deputy has been arrested as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Jason Woods was arrested in Hancock County on charges including bribery, official misconduct, corrupt business practice and dealing in synthetic drugs.
Woods and his wife, Teresa, also a former Hendricks County deputy, were arrested in December 2014 for similar charges in Hendricks County. In that investigation, agents found $80,000 in cash and 100 grams of synthetic drugs in a safe in Teresa Woods' mother's home.
Teresa Woods has not been charged in the Hancock County investigation at this time.
