A former southern Indiana deputy town marshal has pleaded guilty to sending inappropriate text messages to a 12-year-old girl.
Police arrested 51-year-old Lyn Nunemaker in July on felony charges of disseminating material harmful to a minor. He was a deputy town marshal in Hartsville, which is about 45 miles southeast of Indianapolis in Bartholomew County.
A judge will sentence Nunemaker on May 12th.
