A former high school principal was arrested over the weekend for inappropriate conduct with two teenage girls.
Jerry Hoss, who served as principal of Frankton High School from 2005-2013, turned himself in to police Sunday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Detectives say Hoss sent text messages to a 17-year-old female Frankton High School student in November 2012, inviting her to come to his residence to drink alcohol.
In August 2013, police say Hoss sent a 16-year-old student "multiple text messages requesting she take a nude photograph of herself and text it to him." Hoss also sent photos of his chest and stomach area to the student.
Hoss was removed as principal in June 2013, but was under contract and still an employee of Frankton-Lapel Community Schools until his resignation date of August 21, 2013.
The former principal is facing felony charges of child exploitation and official misconduct and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Hoss was released after posting $10,000 bond.
